Subscription Terms
Last updated: 20 July 2026
These Subscription Terms apply to paid Vidling subscriptions purchased on our website, vidling.app. They form part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Vidling is operated by PE Mariia Panchenko, operating under the brand 12N Labs ("Vidling", "we", "us"). Subscriptions bought on our website are sold and processed by Paddle.com, our merchant of record; Paddle is the seller of record for those purchases and handles billing, taxes and payment receipts.
1. Subscriptions and pricing
- Vidling is offered on a subscription basis with different plan lengths (for example weekly, monthly, or multi-month). The available plans, billing period and prices are shown on the checkout/payment screen at the time of purchase.
- You will be charged the price shown on the checkout screen for the plan you select, in the currency and inclusive of any taxes shown there.
- Introductory / promotional pricing. We may offer a reduced price for your first billing period. Where we do, both the introductory price for the first period and the standard price that applies to each renewal after that are shown to you on the checkout screen before you pay. The introductory price applies only to the first billing period; renewals are charged at the standard price for your plan unless we tell you otherwise before a renewal.
- Vidling does not offer a free trial for website subscriptions. Every plan begins with a paid billing period.
2. Automatic renewal
- Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period — for the same length of period you originally chose — until you cancel.
- Each renewal is charged to your payment method at the start of the new period at the then-current standard price for your plan.
- To avoid being charged for the next period, you must cancel before the current period ends.
3. Payment method
Payments for website subscriptions are processed by Paddle. By subscribing, you authorise Paddle to charge your chosen payment method for the initial price and for each automatic renewal until you cancel. Your payment is also subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms. If a payment fails, we or Paddle may retry the charge and may suspend your access until payment succeeds.
4. Cancellation
- You can cancel at any time from your subscription management page or by contacting us at vidling@agentmail.to.
- Cancellation stops future renewals. It takes effect at the end of your current paid period — you keep access to your subscription until then.
- Deleting or uninstalling the app does not cancel a website subscription. If you subscribed through the Apple App Store or Google Play instead, cancel through that platform's subscription settings.
5. Price changes
We may change subscription prices. If a change affects your renewal price, we will give you reasonable advance notice — by posting the new price and/or by emailing you where we have your email — before the change takes effect. If you do not agree to the new price, you can cancel before your next renewal.
6. Refunds — 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you purchased a subscription on our website and are not satisfied for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your first payment — no forms, no questions asked. To request a refund, email vidling@agentmail.to or contact Paddle, our merchant of record, via paddle.net. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days. Renewal payments and purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are handled under Apple's or Google's own refund policies. This guarantee is in addition to, and does not limit, any rights you have under applicable consumer law (including the rights described below for EEA & UK residents).
7. United States residents
This section applies if you reside in the United States and adds to the sections above.
- Automatic-renewal disclosure. Your subscription continues and renews automatically for successive periods of the same length, at the then-current price for your plan, and your payment method is charged at each renewal, until you cancel. There is no separate action required to renew.
- How to cancel. You may cancel at any time as described in "Cancellation" above; cancelling before the end of the current period stops the next charge.
- California residents. As required by California law, you may cancel before the renewal date to avoid the next charge — use your subscription management page — and you may contact us at vidling@agentmail.to for assistance with cancellation.
- Binding arbitration and a class-action waiver apply to U.S. residents as described in our Terms of Service.
8. EEA & UK residents — right of withdrawal
This section applies if you are a consumer resident in the European Economic Area (EEA) or the United Kingdom.
- 14-day right of withdrawal. You have the right to withdraw from your subscription purchase within 14 days of the purchase, without giving any reason and without incurring any cost. To exercise it, email us at vidling@agentmail.to stating that you wish to withdraw. You may also contact Paddle, the seller of record, via paddle.net.
- Refund on withdrawal. If you validly withdraw, we (or Paddle) will refund all payments received from you without undue delay, and no later than 14 days after we receive your withdrawal notice, to your original payment method.
- Immediate access & loss of withdrawal right. Vidling is digital content/services supplied immediately. When you subscribe you are asked to expressly consent to immediate access and to acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once access has begun. If you give that consent and begin using the paid service within the 14-day period, you lose the right of withdrawal for that period. Our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee (Section 6) still applies regardless.
- Your statutory rights. Nothing in these Subscription Terms removes or limits the mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the law of your country of residence.
