Terms of Service
Last updated: 20 July 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Vidling, a service provided by PE Mariia Panchenko, operating under the brand 12N Labs ("Vidling", "we", "us"). By using the service, you agree to these Terms, including our content policy on objectionable content and reporting (Section 4). If you do not agree, do not use Vidling.
1. Who can use Vidling
You must be at least 18 years old and the parent or legal guardian of any child whose profile you create. You are responsible for the activity under your account and for the channels and settings you approve.
2. What Vidling does
Vidling is a curation and trust layer for kids' video. You build a whitelist of approved channels, our AI may assess available channel and video signals (such as metadata and transcripts) to help guide your decisions, and your child watches a curated feed from the channels you approve. Vidling does not host the underlying videos; content is provided by third-party platforms such as YouTube and remains owned by those platforms and their creators.
3. AI checks are guidance, not a guarantee
Our AI scores channels and content using available signals, such as channel and video metadata — it does not watch or review full video content. It is a tool to assist your judgment and may be imperfect. You remain in control: you can approve, reject or override any verdict. Vidling does not guarantee that all content reaching a child profile is appropriate, and you are responsible for the channels you approve.
4. Objectionable content, reporting & moderation
Vidling has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Objectionable content includes, without limitation, content that is violent, sexual, hateful, harassing, discriminatory, dangerous to children, or otherwise inappropriate for a children's app.
All content available through Vidling comes from third-party sources (YouTube channels) that you, the parent, choose to add to your whitelist. We may screen channels using automated checks based on available signals, such as channel metadata and video transcripts, in addition to your own curation and user reports. We may remove any content or channel from Vidling at our sole discretion, at any time, without notice.
You can report (flag) any video from within the app. Once reported, that video is immediately hidden from your feed. Parents can also Block & report any channel from their whitelist at any time through Parent Control: this immediately removes all videos from that creator/channel from their child's feed and sends a safety report to Vidling so we can review the channel.
We review safety reports within 24 hours, including removing the reported content or channel from the Vidling catalog and, where warranted, permanently excluding the responsible channel.
By using Vidling, you agree to this content policy in addition to the rest of these Terms.
5. Subscriptions & billing
- Vidling offers paid subscription plans, purchased on our website and sold and processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. The available plans, billing period and prices are shown on the checkout screen at the time of purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period, at the then-current price for your plan, unless cancelled before renewal. Where a promotional price applies to your first period, the standard renewal price is shown at checkout before you pay.
- You can cancel anytime from your account settings or by contacting us; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- We do not offer a free trial for website subscriptions. We may introduce in-app purchase billing in the future; if we do, we will update these Terms accordingly.
Full details — pricing, automatic renewal, cancellation, refunds and region-specific rights — are set out in our Subscription Terms, which form part of these Terms.
Refunds (30-Day Money-Back Guarantee)
If you purchased a subscription on our website and are not satisfied for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your first payment — no forms, no questions asked. To request a refund, email us at vidling@agentmail.to or contact Paddle, our merchant of record, via paddle.net. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days. Renewal payments and purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are handled under Apple's or Google's own refund policies. This guarantee does not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
6. Third-party platforms
Your use of features that rely on YouTube is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, or their content.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, including by attempting to disrupt it, reverse-engineer it, access it without authorization, or use it for any unlawful purpose. We have no tolerance for abusive behavior, including harassment of other users or misuse of the reporting feature, and may suspend or terminate accounts that engage in it.
8. Intellectual property
Vidling, its software, branding and design are owned by 12N Labs. These Terms do not grant you any rights in our intellectual property except the limited right to use the service as intended.
9. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, 12N Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
10. Termination
You may stop using Vidling and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or if required to protect the service or other users.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the product evolves. We will post the updated version here and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or to Vidling are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. This does not deprive you of the protection afforded by the mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the law of your country of residence, and the region-specific sections below prevail where they apply to you.
13. Dispute resolution — United States residents (arbitration & class-action waiver)
This Section 13 applies only to residents of the United States. Please read it carefully — it affects how disputes are resolved and limits your right to go to court.
- Agreement to arbitrate. You and 12N Labs agree that any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or to Vidling will be resolved by final and binding individual arbitration rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court, and either party may seek injunctive relief in court to protect intellectual property.
- Class-action waiver. Disputes will be arbitrated only on an individual basis. You and 12N Labs waive any right to bring or participate in a class, collective, consolidated or representative action, and the arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims.
- 30-day opt-out. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by emailing vidling@agentmail.to with your name and a statement that you opt out of arbitration. Opting out does not affect any other part of these Terms.
- Not applicable to EEA/UK consumers. This Section 13 does not apply to consumers resident in the EEA or the United Kingdom, whose rights are described in Section 14.
14. EEA & UK residents
This Section 14 applies if you are a consumer resident in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom.
- Right of withdrawal. You have a 14-day right to withdraw from a subscription purchase, together with the related consent to immediate performance, as described in our Subscription Terms.
- Mandatory rights. Nothing in these Terms removes or limits the mandatory consumer-protection rights granted to you by the law of your country of residence; those rights prevail over any conflicting provision here, including the governing-law and arbitration provisions above.
- Digital Services Act. To the extent applicable, we operate Vidling in accordance with the Digital Services Act (Regulation (EU) 2022/2065). You can contact us about illegal or objectionable content as described in Section 4 and at vidling@agentmail.to.
15. California residents
If you reside in California, you may cancel a subscription before its renewal date to avoid the next charge (see our Subscription Terms), and you may contact us at vidling@agentmail.to for cancellation assistance. Under California Civil Code §1789.3, you may also file a complaint with the Complaint Assistance Unit of the Division of Consumer Services of the California Department of Consumer Affairs.
16. Apple App Store
If you download Vidling from the Apple App Store, these Terms are between you and 12N Labs only, not Apple, and Apple is not responsible for the app or its content. You also agree to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement; where these Terms conflict with it, the minimum terms of that agreement apply. Any maintenance, support and warranty obligations are ours, not Apple's. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
